ABOUT THE ART
"Soon after graduating university I created 'Art Prostitute', a quarterly art and design publication that featured interviews and artwork from highly-respected contemporary artists. The publication focused on uncovering the ways in which working artists had found a way to make a living through their art practice. It also encouraged its readers to collect art—with each issue featuring four collectible art posters from each of the featured artists.
As owner and creator, I was able to explore publication design with wild abandon—pushing the limits of InDesign when that program was still in its infancy, and partnering with printers who loved the challenge of specialty papers paired with overprinting techniques.
The publication went on to win numerous awards for printing and design."
